Construction Process

 

March Site Update

The ground and first floors are fully constructed. With the defects process underway to ensure everything is up to the highest standards. The East side of the building is on show and the  installation of privacy screens has commenced. The lift installation is progressing smoothly. The second and third floors are being fitted out, while the fourth floor is nearing completion, and the team is now busy installing the stone and carpet. Painting has started on the fifth floor, and the final fit-outs will commence soon. Overall, the project is shaping up beautifully, and the end result promises to be nothing short of spectacular.
